Mindfulness for Self- Care ™

This course includes lectures, discussions, embodied exercises and breakthrough activities where we don’t just learn about mindfulness but, we experience it as a whole person, physically, emotionally, and intellectually in an integrated, human way. This class provides a variety of reflections and essential practices that allow participants to tune in with themselves and experience what is to care for themselves while caring for others, especially when under stress.

Finding Calm™

This is an expanded version of our Listening MothersTM program, for parents and caregivers of children 0 to 6 years old. This 6-week program provides a chance for parents/caregivers to learn mindful-based skills to help reduce stress, enhance relationships, explore mindful self-compassion, and encourage balance in a supportive small group format. This is a class is intended just for parents (not just mothers) and caregivers (no children). No prior mindfulness knowledge is required.

Listening Mothers™

This program offers a unique opportunity for parents of babies birth through six months of age to discover the joys of parenting. This science-based  8-week series features mindful based skills to help reduce stress and encourage balance, an environment to discover your own inner wisdom, parent & child self-awareness with a focus on self-regulation, self-compassion and parent and child emotional development, and the importance of parent/child attachment.
